2.     Submit the form, a copy of your resume and cover letter, and a check in the amount of $99 to:  TeacherEdge, Inc., 38 Kane Avenue, Larchmont, N.Y., 10538.

3.     After we review the materials you submit, we will return a list of 15 interview questions uniquely suited to you and likely to be asked during an interview.  The questions will arrive within five business days.

4.    Set up a videocamera and ask a friend or family member to interview you using the questions we supply.  The interview will last 30-40 minutes.  When you are finished, return the videotape to TeacherEdge.

5.     Within five business days of the receipt of the tape we will return the videotape with a detailed critique of your interview performance.
